- We have a strong interest in companies from Silicon Valley and Hawaii
- The company must have an experienced entrepreneurial founder with deep domain experience
- We must understand the business strategy to the point we can repeat it and sell it ourselves
- Achieved $2 Million ARR or more
- 3x year over year growth
- Massive TAM
- Founder and team must be coachable
- Clear view on product market fit
